The Role **Job Title**: Business Development Manager Reporting To: Director of New Business We are currently seeking a skilled professional who can make a substantial impact to our organization, the individual should have a blended skillset to generate new business, through client engagement and pursing sales opportunities. You should have a proven track record with identifying and developing new business channels across a range of business sectors either through market research, engagement through existing customer relationships, new associations, software partners, tradeshows and events. You can actively contribute to building the business pipeline; create an experience that attracts and fosters client relationships that are retained. Build deep relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact. You can comprehend client needs and delivers tailored responses to cement relationships. Instigate and pursue discussion with C-Level personnel and provide client consultations about Company products or services and execute client presentations primarily focused on Information Technology Enablement and Solutions. You can portray a realistic business pipeline for Company management with an accurate forecasting of, and achievement of the bookings plan for products and services in new accounts. Align with Organizational delivery teams to leverage follow-on business from one delivery mission/project to another. recognise a Business Development Manager is pivotal to their business and professionalism and merits of honest hard work will be rewarded in line with company policy. **Requirements**: About the company Innov8 is a reliable investment-worthy first sales outsourcing company in Qatar with an international experience of 20 years of sales & marketing & intense business development in all major business fields.
