We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). In this role, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to deliver effective BMS solutions, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential customers. - Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts. - Provide customers with technical guidance and support. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions. - Resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements. - Work with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies. - Coordinate with engineering and project management teams for successful project execution. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in BMS. - Strong technical knowledge of BMS products. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness to travel as required. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with specific BMS products and software. - Relevant certifications in BMS or related fields.
