Location: Qatar ## **Key Responsibilities**: ### **Sales Responsibilities**: 1. **Customer Acquisition**: - Identify and target potential clients who require visa services. - Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations to generate sales leads. 2. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. - Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 3. **Client Relationship Management**: - Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. 4. **Reporting and Documentation**: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. - Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and market feedback. ### **Marketing Responsibilities**: 1. **Marketing Strategy Development**: - Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote visa services. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. 2. **Content Creation and Management**: - Develop and manage marketing content in Arabic and English, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials. - Ensure all content is culturally relevant and appealing to the target audience. 3. **Digital Marketing**: - Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed. 4. **Event Coordination**: - Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars to promote visa services. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. 5. **Collaboration and Coordination**: - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. - Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives. 6. **Reporting and Analysis**: - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis. ## **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the visa services or travel industry. - Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. - Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing and sales strategies. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ## **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in the Qatari market. - Familiarity with graphic design tools and software. ## **Personal Attributes**: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. - High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
