**E-Commerce Merchandising Senior Specialist - Qatar base ONLY** **Work location: Qatar Base - **(Only whom eligible to work in Qatar and currently available inside Qatar)** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** The job holder will be responsible for maximizing market share of the concept through development and implementation of effective E-Commerce Merchandising standards and methods, in line with Company objectives. The job holder will also be responsible for managing the development and implementation of effective E-Commerce merchandising and creative displays standards to create a world class E-Commerce stunning brand proposition and online retail environment. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as 360 marketing lead for web ensuring full cross promotional plans for product launches and promotional periods - Maintain relationship with global web team - Oversee SEO with global web and SEO tool - Collaborate with site analytics team to understand measurement and performance - Manage e-Commerce marketing budget and billing - Responsible for products ine commerce, categories, sections and stocks & inventor year calendar for marketing of products **The Successful Applicant** Must be authorized to work in Qatar, only Qatar base. - 5+ years of management experience in merchandising, working at leading e-commerce platform - Direct-to-consumer e-Commerce marketing experience, - Driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset ready to work in startup like environment - Marketing technology experience - Ability to analyze category and product trends and translate them to executable strategies. - Project management skills required, along with advanced communication and presentation skills. - Advanced knowledge of E-Commerce activities and E-Commerce policies/procedures - Knowledge in developing and implementing advertising programs and merchandising tactics. - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline required. - Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Tableau or similar analytics tools - Experience in affiliate marketing a plus - Strong organizational and project management skills
