Interior Fit-out Engineer

**INTERIOR FIT-OUT ENGINEER** We are looking for **INTERIOR FIT OUT ENGINEER** who responsible for the inspection of the work performed by the contractor, Progress tracking, preparation of Weekly and daily report, Quality control and well known the general rules and regulation of the construction as well as experience in the similar type of the project. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Good written & verbal communication skills in English - Familiar with QCS 2014 and ISO 9001: 2015 Requirements - Ability to interact / communicate with Client Representatives - Computer literate - Aconex, Snagging software - Similar size of Tower Experience with High Quality - Ability to conduct Training / TOOL BOX TALKS with the Labor Force - High endurance, ability and fit to work at height - Management of suppliers and Subcontractors - Snagging by using software - QCDD / Local Authority Inspection and Final Handover to Client 1- MMUP + ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate 2- Experienced in Supplier /Subcontractor QMS Management & Audits. 3- Experienced in supervision and inspection of high quality finishing and Interior fit-out works in similar sized - Tower Projects 4- Snagging works using Software - Snag R, Onsite 5- QCDD / Local Authority Inspection and Final Handover to Client 6- Material and works installation inspection and testing experience 7- Finishing works experience with Tower project with High Quality - Hollow Block-works, - Plastering, - Natural and Artificial Stone Tiling / Cladding ( Granite, Marble, Ceramic, Terra-cotta) - Painting works - Epoxy Flooring - Suspended Ceiling - Partition Walls - Gypsum and Cement Board with insulation materials - Raised Floors - Interior Fit Out **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - Are you in DOHA? - Will you be able to join immediately? **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - GCC: 5 years (required) License/Certification: - MMUP / UPDA (required)
