Technical Engineer

We strive to grow our business with the same grow our business with the same integrity and trust that we use to craft our masterpieces, with the promise of a great design and timely delivery for everyone. - Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes. - Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies. - Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. - Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency. - Conducting required research and developing best practices. - Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule. - Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement. - Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved - Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees - Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage - Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware - Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as date of completion - Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems - Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions - Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks Job Requirement Minimum 10+ years experience Fluent in English, Arabic preferred NOC Professional in Using Office Apps Live in Doha,Qatar **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
