Information Technology System Administrator

Description: **Job description**: - Responsible for the infrastructure environment; including providing services regarding LAN/WAN connectivity, employee environment set up, server room setup, and cloud servers. - Handle VPN connection between various offices and locations. - Perform system monitoring activities, including verify availability of all hardware, server resources and systems. - Ensure completion of scheduled jobs, e.g. backup, Help tickets, etc. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues reported through Help Ticketing system. - Stay up to date with system administration new technologies and developments and recommend best practices/solutions in alignment with company IT operations plan. **Qualifications** 1.4-5 years of experience in system administration 2.B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field 3.Very good in server administration, active directory, networking, and other business support systems and windows clients 4.Excellent Knowledge in networking including, WAN, LAN, Firewalls 5.Knowledge in basic concepts of ITIL 6.Knowledge in basic concepts of Linux, MSSQL server 7.Flexible and able to work under pressure 8.Team worker 9.Willingness to learn 10.Can work under minimum supervision
