Senior Accountant

Here at Edition Motors Workshop, we work in car servicing and maintenance field. The job will be from 7am-12pm as well as 3pm-7pm daily for 6 days a week. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable applicant who can aid us thrive and succeed using his/her accounting skills. Job Description and Responsibilities: - Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation - Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports - Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance - Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines - Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information - Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes - Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience - At Least 3 years of accounting/finance experience - Required Professional Knowledge of Quick Books - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with accounting software - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization - Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation - Highly detail-oriented **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract **Salary**: QAR2,300.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you Have a Residency in Qatar - Are you an expert on quick books **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
