**SALES MANAGER** **Job Description**: - Set Sales and Profitability targets based on over-all company goals - Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and leasing plan that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy - Negotiate rental rates, tenancy terms, renewal of contract and attend to new creative concepts with prospective tenant in a professional manner - In charge of the Buy and Sell division monitoring any outstanding rental for action to be taken promptly Skills and experience: - Has 4-5 years of Residential and Buy & Sell experience **Requirements**: *Arab speaker *Locally available with transferable visa and valid RP *Must possess a Valid Qatar Driving License **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you in Doha? **Experience**: - residential and buy & sell: 4 years (required)
