Tender Process Executive

Review RFQ / Tenders, Coordinate with OEM and avail quotation - Prepare and submit our quote to customer - Follow up for PO’s - Expedite and arrange shipment - Invoicing and sorting out discrepancy if any. - Draw up proposals and present them to prospective clients. - Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations, as well as health and safety codes. - Establish and maintain relationships with staff as well as external clients and vendors. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in business or similar. - Experience: 1 - 5 years - Good English communication skills. - Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. - Target companies - Companies dealing with Engineering products or services. - Must be in QATAR with QID and under family sponsorship only **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - tender processing: 4 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) License/Certification: - Qatar ID (required) - Residency under family sponsorship (required)
