As a Business Analyst Manager within Discover Qatar your main responsibilities will include: - Work with both Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar organizations to understand business requirements to develop analytical models using techniques such as optimization, statistics to achieve business growth and efficiencies utilizing Big Data and Analytics. - Collaborate with data engineers and cloud engineers to define solution architectures which are robust, efficient, fault-tolerant and meet business deliverable expectations. - Develop dashboards and visualizations using a mix of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics etc.) to support client analytics needs. - Developing or assisting with design (in collaboration with data engineers) ETL processes that are used to generate cleaned and processed data as input for data science modelling or analysis. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience - Extensive hands on experience in delivering Data Science models - Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations; ability to optimize team’s resources to achieve business goals - Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders to understand problem statement and converse with non-technical audience alike. - Experience in all or some of the following scripting languages: Alteryx, Python, R, SAS, Java, C++, SPSS, MATLAB. - Data visualisation experience - Tableau / Power BI / Qlik or equivalent - Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
