**Knowledge & Competencies - Ability to handle food properly. - Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served - Communication skill preferably in English, other language such as Arabic is an advantage - Good Customer-Service skills. - Ability to disseminate information accurately. - Money-Management skills -tracking tips, gathering t he customer’s checks and providing change. They must also know how to maintain a cash register drawer. - Must know how to coordinate with other staff to get the orders to the customers in a timely manner. - Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment - Document completion utilizing both opening and closing checklists. **LANGUAGE SKILLS**: Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other business departments, management, guests, and vendors.
