Key Accountabilities: - Enabling the business: Work closely at the right levels and with the right people, ensuring that the strategic objectives of organization are achieved, by understanding the business, proactively responding to challenges and helping shape practical strategies that merge people practices with high performance, ensuring long lasting high performance culture. - Enabling cost-effectiveness: Ensure continuous efficiency development, positive retention, talent pipeline, and hence reducing costs. - Enabling connected workplace: Build productive relationships that improve collaboration, break down internal silos, creating a networked, agile and learning organization, paving the way for future of work through transformational change. - Being strategic: Be aligned with and in effective partnership with the leadership team to critically evaluate, influence and develop the appropriate people solutions to help the leadership team achieve their objectives and vision. - Understanding the business model at depth: Know and understand how the business operates, how it creates value, its strategic drivers and its purpose. - Connecting with curiosity, purpose and impact: Craft networks and understand where HC can identify opportunities to create the most value. Engage with stakeholders so as to be realized HC’s credibility and ability to deliver effective partnering solutions. Qualifications/Requirements: - Responsible for creating and implementing high quality HC initiatives and processes to support the vision, mission and goals of the organization - Work with Cluster Levels to address Performance Issues as the main HC point of contact in coordination with employee relations and other HC sections to resolve escalations and mitigate risk - Act as first escalation point within the assigned cluster for complex Performance/Behaviour issues - Work at Cluster Levels to ensure HC projects/programs/initiatives/policies are consistent across the organization - Establish a trusted day to day relationship with all employees and leadership - Provide feedback and input for improvement of all onsite HC programs, processes and policies - Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective HC services in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders - Provide effective advices to deliver local Employment Law and other organizational policies, procedures and guidelines; coach, advise and support Directors on key employment processes of recruitment, induction, training & development, performance management, employee relations, restructures and redundancies, disciplinary & grievance - Ensure the performance assessment process is effectively implemented and that appropriate actions are identified and delivered in order to improve performance - Deliver an environment where everyone is a winner, and everyone can achieve personal growth; ensure talent pipeline development in order to build succession planning - Contribute to the generation of ideas, assisting the wider HC objectives and deliver commercially focused solutions in partnership with the Management - Development and implementation of better EVP initiatives, employee engagement, wellbeing and well-structured CSR initiatives, promoting employer of choice branding, ensuring high performance culture - Work with all relevant stakeholders to create and implement efficiency and standardization for all programs, procedures and policies across the organization that are in connection with HC
