Marketing Executive (Female)

**Job Descriptions**: - Setting personal monthly targets to achieve and creating plans to take actions. - Manage inbound and outbound calls including some late hours, as and when required. - Make Sales Calls, send Company profiles, Agreement, follow up, negotiate fees, close the deal. - Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. - Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience. - Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals - Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges. - Set up appointments with BDM or Sales Manager, if appropriate. - Identify customers’ needs, take details and forward to the right person for taking actions. - Comfort the client and seize opportunities to upsell other services when they arise. - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra miles. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers’ needs. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their overseas requirement and concerns. - Acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relations. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. - Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels **Requirement**: - Locally Available in Qatar - Transferable or with NOC - Experience: Minimum 5 years Qatar experience. - Specialization: Manpower Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Consultancy - Nationality: Asian. - Language: English, Hindi, Urdu, (Arabic speaking is an advantage). - Previous and current experience working with Manpower Recruitment companies. - Must have idea with some of the following industries - Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, etc. **Salary**: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you Available in Qatar **Experience**: - Marketing: 3 years (preferred) License/Certification: - Qatar Driving License (preferred)
