Quantity Surveyor

**Job Description / Responsibilities** - Prepare progress/ cost reports and site measurement - Maintain contract documentation and advise on post contract matters - Variation analysis, recommendations and management - Prepare and issue contractual letters - Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs - Utilize various forms of contract and support contract administration - Attend and represent at commercial meetings - Sub-contract-Main Contract negotiation 1. Minimum 04-05 Years of Quantity Surveying experience construction projects in Middle East 2. Bachelor or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering 3. Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills 5. Skilled in usage of various forms of Contracts 6. Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement 7. Qatar Driving License is beneficial **Preferred attributes**: 1. Handle multiple projects simultaneously with set targets 2. Solid post-contract experience on measurement, valuation and change control 3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 4. Good project background and proven technical writing ability Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
