Network Security Engineer

The position is responsible for handling day-to-day Network Security operations. - Maintains network availability by troubleshooting network problems related routing, switching, security and load balancing - Manage incident, change and problem management related to multi-vendor firewalls, Internet VPN’s, Router, Load balancers, Switches, security appliance which include PA, Source Fire IPS, Wireless. - Manage Reports, Backups, configuration housekeeping. - Troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Security networks and maintain network operations - Coordinate and support for any Site visit activities at different locations - Coordinate with Vendors for device upgrades, new device implementation, new technology implementation, existing hardware replacement, migrations. - Resolve ticket based upon the SLA - Follow ITIL standards following Incident, change and problem management, policies and procedures and knowledge on information security best practices - Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. - Maintain network inventory/diagrams, SOP - Manage Load balancing platforms (F5 with LTM, APM and ASM). - Manage Security Platform include (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Fortinet) - Manage Security Devices include (Source Fire IPS, Palo Alto, ACS, IPsec) - Manage wireless Technology include managing wireless Controller, Access points **Salary**: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
