Warehouse Operation Coordinator - QAtar

**Key Roles & Responsibilities** - Direct, co-ordinate and achieve service level objectives related to the warehousing operations - Manage and move operation from 3PL (outsource provider) to in-house service. Supervise team to accomplish on-time and on-budget shipment - Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements - Accomplish warehouse and organization / customers' mission by completing related requirements as needed - Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and team members' performance - Maintain records for all inbound receipts/outbound dispatch per documented processes as well as non-conforming products, purchase orders, advance shipment note or damaged shipments System and Reporting - Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems - Produce reports and spreadsheets on trend analysis, progress order status, related inventory and distribution control activities - Compile weekly reports centered correctly towards primary company KPIs for safety practices and acknowledgement - Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements Leadership and Training - Provide recommendations on new subordinate hires and ensure the availability of all resources required to perform assigned tasks and activities - Supervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review results - Act as a coach to subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeism Other - Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned **Education & Professional Qualification**: - Diploma in a relevant field - Bachelor's Degree is preferred **Professional Experience**: - 3-5 years' experience in similar role in the warehousing industry - Previous supervisory experience is preferred Application Question(s): - How many years' of experiences in warehousing operations ? - Do you have experiences to maintain records of non-conforming products, purchase orders, advance shipment note or damaged shipments ? - Manage and move operation from 3PL (outsource provider) and on-budget shipment ? - Do you have Experiences in Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements ?
