**About the Job** "To ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in" accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Review of Tender information and preparation of tender returns. - Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation for project resource planning and scheduling of works. - Review drawings and validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions/value engineering. - Assist in the preparation and review of MEP submittals. - Monitoring project budgets and schedules and overseeing performance to ensure on-time, quality, and project budget execution. - Coordinate with the designated subcontractors/design team consultants on all aspects of the design and project installations. - Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals. - Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with MEP installations or general projects to the Project Director. - Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are working in accordance with business expectations. - Prepare daily and weekly reports for management including the status of budgets, project variations/project design changes, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records. - Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to the business and Project safety regulations. - Provides guidance, managerial, and technical support to complete the project team. - Prepare a master project schedule and perform critical path analysis. - Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluations. - Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risk analysis. - Facilitate problem-solving with project execution between MEP Subcontractors during construction. - Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. - Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adheres to relevant Quality Assurance requirements /documentation/records. - Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment. **REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS** - University degree in Engineering - Minimum 10 years experience, out of which at least 05 years in the Middle East in well-reputed MEP Companies with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing - Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. - Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
