Fm Tech - Hvac - Team Leader

Assigns and inspects the work of HVAC/refrigeration technicians and helpers; initiates corrective actions to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion. - Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules and procedures for equipment maintenance as required by the HVAC Supervisor/Engineer. - Troubleshoots repairs and overhauls equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, other environmental changing devices, other mechanical equipment or electrical, pneumatic and electronic components. - Completion of relevant Vocational or Technical Training program in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC or refrigeration equipment - Good in both verbal and written English communication skills - Must have valid Qatar Driving License **Job Type**: Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
