Job Description - Global Sales Senior Officer - Qatari Nationals (203531)Job Posting Primary Location Unposting Date About the role We are hiring talented professionals to join the Corporate Sales Team as a Global Sales Senior Officer.In this role, you will contribute to achieving the team's sales targets by supporting contract management and execution, assisting in daily management of contract accounts, and implementing sales tools aligned with sales strategies and objectives. You will also manage effective communication between the Corporate Sales Team and various departments across QR Group, ensuring alignment and adherence to sales policies, processes, and procedures for both Global and Local Corporate Sales Teams.Specific responsibilities include: Assist Account Managers at Head Office and the sales network in building relationships with contracted and new partners, and achieving revenue targets by reviewing existing business and exploring new opportunities.Ensure timely and seamless contract administration.Develop, implement, and manage sales support processes and procedures for Global Sales supporting Corporate Sales Teams in meeting their targets and KPIs.Prepare regular reports and presentations on performance metrics, revenue, and strategic plans.Benchmark and review fare products with the network and key markets regularly.Administer incentive contracts.Establish effective communication channels between Global Sales at Head Office and outstations across the network.Lead QR's response to Global Airline Sourcing Projects (RFPs) by analyzing QR's opportunities and competitive landscape, coordinating responses across the worldwide network, and managing negotiations and response documents.Optimize corporate sales performance through the development and deployment of tools and products that enhance station performance, with a focus on technological development.Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills, imagination, and ambition have no boundaries here. Together, everything is possible.Qualifications About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.Relevant experience in sales reporting and performance analysis within multinational companies.Experience in the travel trade or airline industry.Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends and provide insights.Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.About Qatar Airways Group Our journey began with four aircraft.
