Content Creator | Hilton Salwa

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to join the Marketing team at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. This role is central to developing and managing compelling content across all digital platforms; such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat, to enhance our brand visibility, engage audiences, and support commercial objectives. This person will be responsible for generating high-quality photo, video, editing and animation while maintaining brand consistency.What will I be doing?Plan, create, and publish engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and You Tube.Develop content calendars and coordinate timely content aligned with marketing campaigns, hotel events, and seasonal promotions.Capture and edit photography and videography for daily storytelling, brand campaigns, and digital advertisements.Collaborate with internal departments to identify content opportunities and highlight key resort offerings.Support social media strategy development to increase engagement, followers, and traffic across platforms.Stay updated on social media and content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.Assist with copywriting needs across digital platforms including web, social, and email campaigns.Ensure all published content adheres to Hilton’s brand standards and legal guidelines.What are we looking for?To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate the following qualities and experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role Strong photography and videography skills (including editing tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Cap Cut)Proficiency in social media platforms, digital trends, and community engagement Solid writing and storytelling ability with an eye for detail and design Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of digital analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Creative and innovative mindset Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Passionate about hospitality, travel, and content marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field Digital Marketing or Content Strategy certification (Google, Meta, Hub Spot, etc.)Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality brand environment Arabic language proficiency (spoken, written, read) is a plus What will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
