Workforce Planning Consultant (1 year contract)Join to apply for the Workforce Planning Consultant (1 year contract) role at Starlink Qatar.Responsibilities Operational Workforce Planning: Review existing frameworks and processes, recommend enhancements, and design frameworks to review workforce-related proposals. Analyze organizational productivity needs through stakeholder discussions, and support management with presentations or business cases for position management.Organizational Design: Assist in designing or redesigning organizational structures to align with business strategies, improve communication, and optimize workflows. Oversee work measurement studies to assess manpower and productivity, making recommendations to address imbalances.Data Quality and Reporting: Ensure accurate workforce data collection, validation, and analysis. Develop frameworks for high-quality data and reports, maintaining databases and organizational charts.Advisory on Systems: Advise management on selecting, implementing, and optimizing workforce management and HR systems, ensuring seamless integration.Additional duties include reviewing proposals, preparing progress and final reports, compiling evidence for recommendations, and supporting Workforce Planning activities within SD Organization Development.Qualifications Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in complex OD projects in the GCC region.Experience in Telecom, Hi Tech, or ICT industries preferred.Excellent communication and influence skills.Hands-on experience in designing organizational structures and workforce metrics.Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Human Resources, Strategy/Planning, Analyst Industries: Telecommunications, IT Services, and Consulting This job posting is active and available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
