Job Title: Construction Supervisor Location: Qatar - 50% Onshore (Doha) / 50% Offshore Contract Duration: 36 Months Work Schedule: 10 hours/day6 days/week (Approx. 26 days/month)Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for a long-term offshore brownfield project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the execution of offshore brownfield scopes, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives. The role begins onshore in Doha and transitions offshore during brownfield campaigns.Key Responsibilities Supervise EPC contractor activities for brownfield offshore construction, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality.Provide execution expertise across construction, installation, logistics, and accommodation management (POB).Support offshore readiness reviews for mobilization, shutdowns, re-starts, and SIMOPS activities.Coordinate priorities and strategies with pre-fabrication yard teams.Manage interfaces between engineering, fabrication, commissioning, and operations.Collaborate with operations, marine, and logistics teams for seamless offshore execution.Ensure compliance with operational and marine standards (WMS, PTW, SDMS, SIMOPS).May act as relief for the Offshore Brownfield Construction Lead when required.Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences Valid Offshore Survival Certificate and ability to pass Offshore Medical Evaluation OPITO certification is a plus Experience & Skills Minimum 8 years' experience in offshore construction, installation, hook-up, or completion within the oil and gas sector At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, including vendor/service team oversight Demonstrated success in executing brownfield scopes on both client and contractor sides Strong working knowledge of offshore standards, stakeholder specifications, and industry best practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills within cross-functional project teams Computer literacy with office and relevant technical tools High proficiency in written and spoken English #J-18808-Ljbffr
