Description
Officer - HR & Admin Support (Short Term) Coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, performance review, training and development, and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations and high employee engagement. Keep employee files and contracts and ensure all employees are on HR systems, prepare payroll and exit paperwork, and support all employee relations matters. Accountabilities HR Management Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Execute onboarding activities, such as preparing welcome packages, coordinating the delivery of working materials, and introducing employees to office facilities. Assist in organizing and executing training programs, workshops, and other HR initiatives. Support the resolution of HR queries and issues raised by employees. Maintain up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation; manage exit and termination paperwork. Administrative Support Provide administrative support during employee onboarding, including document preparation, visa process assistance, and communication with public services. Manage the delivery and distribution of letters, parcels, and internal documents. Operate office equipment for printing, copying, and scanning documents. Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including room reservations, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and taking minutes of meetings when required. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems and processes, considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma with experience, or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field. 5 years of experience in similar roles. Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Effective team player. Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. High professional ethics and ability to handle confidential information discretely.
