This is a full-time, on-site position for someone passionate about sales and client relationships in the property and facility management sector.Responsibilities Identify and contact new prospects, and create new business opportunities Meet with prospects and existing clients to present and demonstrate our solutions Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts Build and execute a multi-solution sales proposition Welcome and support clients during on-site visits and meetings Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on client needs and company goals Represent the company at relevant networking events and industry gatherings Qualifications Must be based in Qatar and able to work on-site Fluent in English and Arabic Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in real estate, Saa S, or facility management is a plus)Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills Proactive and client-oriented mindset Who We Are ?Andalus is a smart and innovative Property & Facility Management platform designed to streamline and digitalize operations for real estate companies, property managers, and FM service providers in Qatar.
