Activities include requirements gathering, software design, architecture review, testing, quality assurance, application support/maintenance, stakeholder coordination, and liaison with suppliers. The role ensures the security, availability, and smooth functioning of assigned IT systems, including those that are part of Airport Operational Systems. It also ensures that processes and Standard Operating Procedures are documented, reviewed, and updated in line with the ITIL framework and ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 standards.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams to assess their needs and identify opportunities to add value through technology across the airport stakeholders.Facilitate gathering and documenting business objectives, functional specifications, requirements, data models and technical architecture to meet an identified business need.Prepare functional, non-functional, cyber security, data protection and technical specifications for COTS systems/products from external suppliers for implementation.Work with solution architects to design right technical architecture to meet business requirements.Conduct root-cause analysis of reported incidents in operational systems and ensure right changes are promoted following the established change management process.Liaise with suppliers of third-party applications and technology stacks to ensure timely preventive maintenance and prompt resolution of faults.
