The Digital Solution Analyst supports the Digital Transformation team by: Assisting in ERP implementation and business transformation.Enhancing solutions and resolving system-related issues.Conducting performance analysis and reporting.Driving continuous improvement initiatives.Assisting in ERP implementation and business transformation.Enhancing solutions and resolving system-related issues.Conducting performance analysis and reporting.Driving continuous improvement initiatives.Reports to: Manager - Digital Transformation Direct Reports: None Job Title: Digital Solution Analyst Container Shipping Job Objective: The Digital Solution Analyst supports the Digital Transformation team by: Assisting in ERP implementation and business transformation.Enhancing solutions and resolving system-related issues.Conducting performance analysis and reporting.Driving continuous improvement initiatives.Reporting Structure: Reports to: Manager - Digital Transformation Direct Reports: None Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation & ERP Implementation Analyze business requirements, assess current processes (AS-IS), and design future-state solutions (TO-BE).Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and lead ERP implementation projects.Conduct system assessments, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure alignment with business needs.Support solution enhancements and manage change requests.Performance Analysis & Reporting Generate statistical reports and develop KPI dashboards for tracking operational performance.Monitor KPIs against targets, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.Stakeholder & Project Management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain status reports and prepare presentations for stakeholders.Required Qualifications: Education & Certification Bachelor s degree in Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Certifications: Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or equivalent.Professional Experience6+ years in ERP implementation, preferably in Maritime, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.Hands-on experience with business applications (implementation/operations).Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, process optimization, and project governance.Cross-functional or management consulting experience is a plus.Technical & Soft Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and visualization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication (written & verbal) with ability to simplify technical concepts.Preferred: Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or energy industries.Regional & Language Skills Middle East experience is advantageous.English (required), Arabic (preferred).Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE): Accountability: Follow safe work practices, report incidents, and ensure compliance.Authority: Stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area Logistics Supply Chain Keywords Digital Solution Analyst Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
