As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of system performance and security.Follow up with Company entities on data entry for CRM system.Fill data on contacts, projects, events, programs and activities on the platform.Cross-check information between Excel sheets and programs lists.Cross-check and validate information with Company entities.Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management within the CRM system.Monitor data submission deadlines and send reminders to relevant Company contacts to ensure compliance.Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to leverage CRM data for targeted communications and campaigns.Support integration of CRM data with other organizational systems for seamless information flow.Maintain documentation of data entry processes and updates for audit and training purposes.Required Profile We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in systems administration.
