The Role will include:-


Implementing a sales process from your depth of experience in new home sales, to successfully handle the hundreds of leads already coming in: qualify clients, build rapport, and showcase your Company's solutions in a consultative manner, leading clients smoothly through to the Expression of Interest stage.

Training, coaching and mentoring your sales team closely to instil in them the skills, discipline and responsibility to apply this sales process until they are flawless performers with consistent conversion rates.

Maintaining 'soft accountability' by monitoring how the sales team are going at every step of the sales process, and coaching your team through the sticking points.

Building rapport, trust, responsibility and consistency in your sales team.

Working closely with your sales team, resolving any issues that they face either internal or external, and maintaining their positive frame of mind and constant growth.

Creating alliances with more investment company affiliates to market attractive investment packages. The Company Director is already very successful in this area and wishes to extend further through the Sales Manager.

Assisting your sales team by creating, supplying and identifying resources, solutions and new approaches to achieve and exceed the budget quota.
