Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager (Female Applicants ONLY)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

o Seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for EVENTS.

o The package for the current job position will be a Base Salary plus commission.

o The ideal candidate must be adaptable to a fast paced changing environment.

o This person needs to have great inter-personal skills and has excellent sales skills.

o Experience should include managing sales accounts with a successful track record.

o Financially astute & capable of reporting results and analyzing opportunities for new accounts.

o Must be capable of running the sales for all accounts with minimal supervision.

o Needs to be an excellent communicator and a people person.

o Must be extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive, giving 100% dedication.

o She should be able to work in sales, to ensure our services are demonstrated and proven to existing and potential clients.

o Must be able to secure large accounts with key clients in the events industry.

o Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Social Media Marketing, and Branding Awareness.

o Extremely organized and be able to plan the day ahead at ease to effectively meet as many clients as possible.

o Build relationships with suppliers, retail partners, procurement managers, hotels and other business institutions.

o Establish connections with clients and demonstrate a confident, friendly social demeanor.

o Acquire key accounts for Class Act to go into partnerships with.

o Set a target of accounts to acquire per month in order to meet with Class Act's growth plan.

o Familiar with the UAE market, and has sales experience in Abu Dhabi/Dubai.

o Persistent, Ambitious and Result Oriented.

o Ability to set and achieve target results.

Requirements

o Bilingual (English/ Arabic preferred).

o Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

o Demonstrated experience working in Sales & Marketing.

o UAE Driving License.

o Must have access to a vehicle.
