The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible in coordination and monitoring of all operatorship and maintenance activities on all assigned sites and projects. As well as planning, organizing, and directing the overall activities of Operations Division.
Develop and implement policies, standard and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the Division (Operation and Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair and Project Implementation Division).
Meets, consults and negotiates with clients on various operations issues and concerns.
Explains project plans and proposals to Operations personnel for smooth project implementation.
Participates in the final review of project contracts.
Presents engineering and operational reports and audit findings to client as well as with management.
Assigns, coordinates and reviews technical and administrative report of Operations Division.
Directly participates in the development and inspection of projects and operation/maintenance of all sites.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Mechanical Engineering.
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; 10 years managerial background is a must.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Construction/Engineering or same Industry.
With extensive background in the areas of Maintenance and Repair, Operation and Maintenance, Project Implementation and Energy Management.
Can demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills.
Highly reliable in project management implementation.
Good analytical/problem solving skills.
Good customer service and adaptability.
