QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
- At least 1 year working experience specializing in B2B sales
- Competency in business development, customer acquisition and management
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort ability in conducting and preparing presentations and business documents
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of new business acquisition and business development of existing accounts
- Pro-active account management
- Extensive account profiling to support hiring objectives of customers and to help determine business growth opportunities
- Conduct market and industry research and provide feedback on how the Company can maintain business strengths as well as on how opportunities and threats can be addressed best
- Assists the Sales and Marketing Head in implementing other departmental strategies and policies
