Job details
We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio and experience in the events management field to bring in leads and confirm bookings for the company.
Applicant must have strong customer service skills, telephone and email ;
MS skills (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint)
Must be able to speak, read and write english properly.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to cold calls, emails and site ;
Maintaining relationship with existing clients, creating new ;
Point of contact with client until event confirmation.
Preparing proposals, contracts, RFPs, Quotations and receipts.
Work closely with the Event Manager to deliver the event until completion.
