The Branch OIC is responsible for the following areas:
oversee/manage operations of the Branch of three Business units: Topserve, IWSC and Corestaff
charge of Business Development of the Branch, lateral growth and new clients
3. Reports Directly to VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS
with Head Office regularly to resolve client's concerns and issues/challenges in operations.
and validates Uniform Inventory Report before submission to Head office, every 5th of the month
timely submission of Timekeeping , collection and other reports as required by Immediate Superior/Management and clients
billings to clients from on time transmittal to on time collection.
weekly meeting among staff to resolve any pending minor and major concerns of the previous week whether client or internal problem related issues.
submission of weekly minutes of meeting report , every Monday at 2pm to respective heads to resolve pending concerns and problems, cc : VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS
submission of semi-monthly reporting every 16th and 1st of the month to Immediate Superior.
concerns of clients/deployed workers are addressed /resolved immediately or with a reasonable lead time.
and closely coordinates with Legal for potential labor cases
immediate resolution of Head office concerns related to Timekeeping that affects the billing & payroll processing and collection.
and Approves petty cash reimbursements and expenses.
other tasks/instructions given by immediate superior.
