QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year, IT-related course

• Knowledge and/or experience in software testing (websites and apps)

• Knowledge in programming IS A PLUS

• Knowledge in Agile Development

• Knowledge in online marketing (basic SEO, social media strategies, etc.), and promotional campaigns (offline, below-the-line, above-the-line, etc.)

• Can multi-task / handle pressure / meet tight deadlines

• Can work with minimal supervision

• MUST have 1 to 2 years of experience

• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Do researching tasks, documentations, proposals for the improvement of the website or app

• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns (online, offline, below-the-line, above-the-line, etc.)

• Test the websites and apps of the company and its clients

• Submit daily progress report

• In-charge of creation and execution of test documentations (test plan, test cases, test summary, etc.)

• Creation of user manuals

• Documenting and tracking software defects

• Raising recommendations on improving the system

• Follow Scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment as a tester
