Job details
- Develop personalised workout and fitness plans
- Provide one on one workout assistance
- Create training programs for both inside the gym and outdoors to keep clients inspired
- Provide nutrition advice and create nutrition plans
- Continually motivate and mentor clients to achieve their goals through providing feedback and keeping track of their progress
- Develop programs with correct exercises, sets and reps to achieve maximum results
- Comprehensive human body knowledge which is used to successfully assess client's injuries and rehabilitation programs
- Measuring and assessing heart rate, blood pressure and body fat of clients
