Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field 
  
• Must be willing to be deployed in the field 100% of the time 
  
• At least 1 year of working experience in field sales/account management/business development 
  
• Open to top fresh graduates 
  
• Must have good communication skills and a pleasing personality 
  
• Pro-active and goal driven; 
  
• Highly motivated to finish the task given 
  

Responsibilities:

• Will be required to regularly engage in fieldwork in order to consistently touch-base with prospects, understand the market and pursue selling opportunities. During non-field days he/she may be required to report to the office base for administrative responsibilities, meetings, and other business related discussions; 
  
• Increase Globe Small to Medium Business market share by actively engaging with potential customers; 
  
• Specifically handles acquisition in areas where there is a high concentration of small casual and emerging micro businesses versus the population of small advanced and medium businesses; 
  
• Manage client expectations especially during the service delivery process
