Job details
Promote sales of HVAC and Refrigeration projects to ensure profitable growth in line with company targets.
Visit clients to source inquiries.
Data fixation including HVAC design duty parameters & calculation of heat loads to determine required capacity & type of AC required.
Prepare concept designs & design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations as per specifications.
Prepare quotations and maintain close contact with clients for orders.
Prepare submittals for client's approval and BOQ for material orders.
Guide HVAC draughtsman for detailed design work including preparation of working drawings.
Timely completion of projects including testing & handing over of HVAC systems & AS-Built drawings.
Attend to day-to-day tasks assigned by the Divisional head.
