 Provides leadership and coordination of the company's human resources functions. Develop and implement corporate HR strategies and programs. Responsible for the formulation of strategies aligned to business' long and short term goals and market dynamics, ensuring that the organization structure is aligned, designing of new and/or existing policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent and controlling HR cost to derive maximum benefit.


  1. Partners with top management and line managers to facilitate high-productivity achievement. Provides support to line managers in ensuring that systems and processes support the company's goals and strategies. Develops processes and metrics that support the achievement of organization's business goals.
  2. Plans HR business strategies, implement human resources programs and monitor performance of new programs, all in accordance to business process and strategies. Establishes and monitors execution of well-planned programs for new and existing employees.
  3. Monitors and stays current with functional procedures, administrative and system changes and ensure human resources policies and procedures are consistent and up to date. Establishes and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee and customer-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment and on-going development of workforce.
  4. Develops recruitment initiatives, policies and procedures. Meets with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential gaps and immediately provide resolution. Conducts interview with supervisory and/or managerial positions.
  5. Monitors work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing recruitment programs, counsel line managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommends changes when necessary.
  6. Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing manpower budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions. Recommends, plans and implements pay structure revisions.
  7. Recommends applicable benefit program after assessment of benefit needs. Cascades and maintains employee benefit programs.
  8. Detects and handles complaints, disputes and grievances and maintains industrial peace within the organization. Fosters conducive working environment by establishing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  9. Establish and maintains HRIS initiatives such as ensuring quality and consistency of HRIS database information, effective records management and ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current HR policies and guidelines. Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed. Ensures accuracy in manpower headcount.
  10. Maintains quality and consistency of database information specifically the Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Development / Management (PA) modules. Identifies, writes and implements human resources policies and guidelines regarding HRIS. Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding HRIS.
