What will you do?

 Follow general operations and treatments;

 Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;

 Route troubles to best suited useful resource;

 Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers' and clients' business

Who's suitable for the job?

 No Call Center experience required for candidates who reached at least 2nd year in College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field

 Call Center experience is required for High school graduates

 Good communication skills

 Computer and Web Literate

 Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
