Job details
- Helping customers to find a suitable package holiday or to plan independent travel
- checking the availability of the chosen holiday by telephone or computer
§ making bookings using a computer system - Hotel reservations and other travel services online and through our partners
- Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares
§ Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions, rules and regulations in the region - Participate in internal product evaluation exercises and provide proactive insights to help improve our service
- To ensure bookings materialize that would generate revenue in line with departmental and corporate growth strategy
- Communicates effectively and exhibits excellent Customer Service skills while promoting and selling travel products and services.
- Positively contributes to the team environment
