We have an urgent requirement for Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant - Real Estate accounting with implementation and support experience for our client in Dubai, UAE.Strong experience in 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and support is MUST.Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management is MUST.Strong Real Estate accounting and finance is MUST.Must be Qualified CA or ACCA is MUST.Responsibilities include: Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, ensuring the effective configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Finance modules for clients.Provide expert advice on real estate accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Deliver high-quality support for existing Oracle Fusion Finance systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Design and implement best practice solutions for Finance and Accounting operations, with a focus on real estate transactions and accounting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Review and analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing finance operations.Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.Skills: issues resolution, accounts payable, troubleshooting, finance, business process improvement, oracle fusion finance, cash management, real estate accounting, consulting, fusion, fixed assets, general ledger, project management, accounts receivable, oracle, training, accounting.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
