Our service innovation provides short-term car rentals, accessible through our Smartphone App. Licensed by Dubai RTA, we address increasing car demands, higher energy costs, limited parking, and aim to reduce the negative impacts of private vehicle ownership.Job Summary: The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities to drive company growth while supporting the CEO. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both German and English, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Business Development Responsibilities Market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.Analyze competitors to enhance market positioning.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Strategic Planning and Execution Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.Recommend potential partnerships or joint ventures.Proposal and Presentation Development Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts.Deliver pitches to secure new business.Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and evaluate initiatives' performance.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.Executive Support Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule.Act as the CEO’s proxy when needed.Coordinate with employees in Germany and facilitate communication.Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.Execute additional tasks as delegated, maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Proven experience in business development or executive support.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in CRM, calendar management tools, and MS Office.Key Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Discretion and confidentiality.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Flexibility and adaptability.High attention to detail and proactive attitude.German and Arabic speakers preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
