As a Mediator, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by helping them find the right maid for their specific needs. Your expertise in shortlisting candidates and communicating effectively with clients will be key in retaining customers and preventing cancellations. What You’ll Do: Assist clients who are struggling with replacements by finding suitable maid candidates based on their requirements. Analyze and study the client information provided by RBs to understand their needs. Conduct face-to-face interviews with maids and prepare a shortlist for the client to choose from. Engage with clients who are on the verge of canceling or losing interest in the service. Use strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to reassure clients and provide tailored recommendations. Offer guidance and advice to help clients make informed decisions while maintaining service quality. Ability to work 6 days a week. What You’ll Bring Along: Strong ability to assess client needs and match them with suitable candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in shortlisting and recruitment is a plus. Ability to handle challenging client situations with patience and professionalism. A persuasive and problem-solving mindset to retain clients and improve service satisfaction. Flexibility to adapt to client needs and work collaboratively with other departments.
