About the Opportunity
Windshield HUB is expanding our national marketing presence across 80+ U.S. markets, and we are seeking a Senior Microsoft Ads (Bing) PPC Specialist with 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale, high‑intent service campaigns. This is a senior‑level role for someone who understands deep PPC strategy, can operate across nationwide multi‑market structures, and can optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and high‑intent call conversions at scale. You will have full ownership of our Microsoft Ads channel and work closely with our Google Ads Specialist and Marketing leadership team to drive performance and growth. Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and scale Microsoft Ads Search campaigns across 80+ U.S. markets.
Develop advanced keyword strategies, including segmentation, expansion, negative controls.
Maintain scalable campaign structures organized by city, state, and service category.
Optimize daily for ROAS, CPL, CPA, quality score, conversion rate, and call‑driven KPIs.
Write and test high‑performing ad copy and extensions.
Implement accurate conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, and UTM structures.
Run ongoing A/B tests across bidding strategies, ads, audiences, and landing pages.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy proactively.
Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with our Google Ads Specialist for unified cross‑platform strategy.
Identify and leverage new Microsoft Ads features, tools, and targeting capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
5–8+ years of direct, hands‑on Microsoft Ads PPC experience.
Proven success managing multi‑market national campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to increase lead volume while lowering CPL/CPA.
Expertise in bidding strategies, geo‑targeting, quality score optimization, audience layering, tracking & attribution.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
Strong English writing skills for ad copy.
Ability to execute optimizations quickly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auto glass, automotive, home services, or appointment‑based industries.
Experience with both Microsoft Ads + Google Ads.
Familiarity with call tracking, CRM conversion processes, and lead‑quality optimization.
Success Metrics
Improved ROAS, CPL, and CPA month‑over‑month.
Strong flow of high‑intent inbound calls.
Clean, scalable campaign architecture.
Transparent weekly reporting with action steps.
Strong collaboration with leadership.
