Job Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour during their arrival.Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation and payments.Provide information about resort facilities, services, and room features to guests.Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.Offer recommendations for dining, local attractions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.Assist with arranging transportation, reservations, and special requests as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of room availability and reservations.Assist guests with modifying or cancelling reservations based on policies and availability.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.Keep fellow team members informed about special requests and VIP arrivals.Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.Ensure compliance with cash handling and credit card processing procedures.Maintain a well-organized and tidy front desk area.Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesy.Manage guest mail and packages, forwarding them as necessary.Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional customer service.Listen attentively to guest feedback and address any issues or concerns. #J-18808-Ljbffr
