Manage the delivery of the Hotel's brand promise to its guests by adhering to the prescribed service quality of the Front Office at all times. Responsibility includes customer service management, customer relations, room sales, shift management, staff training and motivation, cost controlling and inter-departmental coordination.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent

- At least 2 years of working experience in Front Office in an assistant manager / managerial level in the hospitality industry is required

- Possess strong commercial awareness and sales capabilities

- Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills

- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

- Willing to work in Boracay, Malay Aklan
