GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:



• Manage the Company's booking team and report directly to the General Manager.
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities involving the staffing of all the promotions, events and Dubai Duty Free promotions.
• Source, select and book promoters based on client requirements
• Conduct castings, training sessions and provide guidance to promoters /staff when/if needed
• Determine length and timing of promotions campaign and schedule the promoter staff accordingly.
• Responsible in getting temporary labor cards for promotions, permits etc.
• Manage and supervise the company's Dubai Duty Free Promotions
• Maintain pipeline to track all proposals delivered, status of activity and source of opportunity
• Follow up on proposals that have been delivered and ensure all client requirements are met
• Maintain the database of clients and promotions calendar by ensuring all details are entered into the company's system promptly and accurately.
• Deal with client's enquiries on the telephone and in person in a politely and professional way
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.
• Provide support for all company's clients including cash and credit transactions, follow up on payments and process the same into database correctly.
• Develop business in the industry by meeting new clients as well as maintaining good relationship with the existing ones.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:


• At least 3 years of marketing/promotions and customer service leadership experience.
• Previous Experience as Senior booker is a Must!
• Previous Experience in managing Dubai Duty Promotions is a Plus .
• Detail-oriented and very organized.
• Able to work under pressure and be willing to work with tight deadlines.
• Prepared to work long hours / week ends.
• Able to follow-up and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
• Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
