We are a small but rapidly growing singing studio located in Blackburn North, seeking a wonderful applicant to join our team on a longterm basis. Initially commencing one evening a week (trial basis) with more hours available for the right applicant should you desire additional ;

Our objective is to inspire, nurture & help our students to sing in any style they wish with an emphasis on encouragement, positivity & helping build each students confidence to help them feel that anything is achievable

The Role:

Contractor (to be available 1-3 afternoon/evenings per week, 3-9pm)

All levels of singing (beginner to advanced)

Kind, caring & compassionate

Friendly & Comfortable working with children, teens and adults

Strong communication skills, work ethic and hosting abilities

The lessons are held in the afternoon after school hours between Monday to Friday. Applicants must be available between 3-9pm on the agreed day of work. Initial employment will be for 1 evening a week on a trial basis with the option of working more evenings after the initial ;

The successful teacher will:

Be an experienced vocal performer

Have a Bachelor/Diploma in Music or a wealth of teaching experience.

Preferably a knowledge of the Estill voice model

Be self-motivated

A fun & nurturing personality.

Be polite & well-presented

Be an excellent and inspiring vocal teacher with the ability to teach a variety of different genres (including but not exclusive to pop, rock, soul, R&B, jazz)

A strong desire to help people and foster their vocal development, self-esteem and confidence

Ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease from the very first lesson
