Job Purpose
The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages cross-functional teams, and maintains stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and governance.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on-time, within agreed scope and within budget
Ensure annual cash flows through regular monitoring
Coordinate internal & external teams for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop project network and Review plans to make sure that project is monitored at adequate time
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Partnering with factory/site teams to evaluate best business case scenario
Coordinate with finance teams for business case preparation and capitalization
Coordinate with relevant global technology teams and regional design teams for plant/site design and layout work
Manage consultants and contractors relevant to projects
Prepare Project Procurement Plans, Technical bid assessment document and equipment acceptance criteria
Execute projects with minimum downtime to existing plant operation
Implement EEM 7 steps methodology in major projects
Develop engineering capability of teams through training, courses, workshops exposures
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders regularly
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Incorporate Digitization, Sustainability and Safety KPIs to enable achievement of future-fit supply chain
Qualifications
BSc. in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
9-12 years of experience in Engineering, preferably in FMCG.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and other project management tools.
